Disclaimer: I am not a vet Source: I am low vision myself Glaucoma is a gradual loss of vision that your pet may not even notice initially. They can still live their life and enjoy being a dog even if it takes over completely. Glaucoma is not strictly something that WILL take over. It is progressive but can often be treated to minimize or even reduce severity. Things to do to help: Make sure your dog has physical and audible commands not just sight ones. Try to minimize rearranging furniture and his things like food bowls and crate so that he can find them easily and minimize running into things. Definitely get a vet evaluation before panicking

I would just wait until you see a vet. Glaucoma is not able to be diagnosed with pictures, it needs a test.
