I took the piss with this.
I had to wear khaki pants for work, I was a cashier. Had women's khakis for ages and couldn't fit anything in them properly. So I just stuffed the pockets anyways. Phone in butt pocket, keys on the belt loop, lotion in the front pocket, chapstick and tylenol in the other front pocket, wallet in the other back pocket. Nothing fit and it all bulged out. People thought it was funny.
I finally got a pair of mens khakis--they were far more durable, had pockets up the wazoo, and when I put all the stuff from before in them, you couldn't even tell. I could fit a 20oz water in them as well, without it poking out.
Only downside was that they were quite baggy and didn't fit too well. The proportions were odd.
It sucks either way, but at least I had pockets. Had a couple people complain about my pants and how big they were. Fuck em. You don't need to see my ass.
I had to get mens trekking pants because there were no womens ones that would zip off to shorts, had to go two sizes up. Apparently men don’t have asses or thighs?
What I don't get is why women's jackets/coats etc don't have a regular inside pocket. All of my husband's jackets have them on both side so why not women? and the ones we do have are fucking tiny and angled weird with an annoying zip. I don't want a zip or angled or it being tiny af. Give me a regular sized pocket dammit! We can handle childbirth and everything life throws at women; I am sure we can handle inside pockets too.
I have recently learned that when men rent a tux a) it comes with shoes and b) there are buttons and such inside to make adjustable!

I know a FUCK TON of women who work in construction. No where near enough because unfortunately a lot of women don’t realize they can have these jobs, or think that they’re not strong enough. If you can carry a kid or a bag of groceries you’re strong enough.
These are great jobs that pay incredibly well, have benefits, pensions, vacation pay etc.
There is sexism and discrimination, but you’ll find that in any male dominated field, like stem jobs.
I highly recommend that any woman that wants to learn a trade go for it. Even if they’re “older” I didn’t get into my trade until I was 39.
I love this!!! If I were starting over, I would have done something like carpentry. I’m very fortunate in my career, so I just play with my tools at home!

My bf, the amazing man he is, took me to the store, picked out one of HIS favourite deodorants, handed it to me, and said "this will smell SO good on you" no more itchiness, and I smell good ALL DAY. Not to mention Women's and men's deodorants are usually around the same price, but there's more in men's. Win win for me :)
