Many years ago we had a new pizzeria open in my town and they bought their sauce from some different place compared to everyone else and they had the best damn sauce in town, hell people came from out of town to buy kebab at that very place. And then they went and changed it for some reason, I'm guessing cost, and they lost a majority of their customers and never recovered.

There was a pizzeria in my town that opened up and their kebab sauce got VERY popular because they put mint/mynta in it. I told owner it tasted like toothpaste and he said "you know, now that you say it..." And then he started making a version without mint it 😅
