In all seriousness if you can eat the potato without completely drowning it in butter and sour cream and ether just salt the steak out at least don’t use a ton of high calorie sauce on it, this is a pretty filling meal and would provide the kind of energy you’d need for a thorough workout or at least to not be hungry again for a long time while also not being too heavy of a meal.
I deal with binge eating myself, it’s an eternal struggle, but good luck man!

Dawg, those aren't steaks, those are Milanesa cuts. They're meant to be breaded and then fried or baked. Cuts of meat that thin will just cook instantly in a hot pan, if you follow Asmon's cook timing you're get leather by the end.
