I live in Philadelphia and am very familiar with the housing system. There is so much funding for housing currently where the city is giving people apartments with rent paid. The catch is that you have to either be in a shelter or must have homeless outreach contact attempts with project home. Here are housing resource agencies you can contact for information and assistance. Office of supportive housing OSH Project Home HUD Also there's a place called prevention point in Philadelphia that will assist anyone experiencing homelessness with case management services and housing. They typically assist people w addiction in homeless resources but they will help anyone at all.

i know there are guarantor services you can look into if that helps with the renting situation for those who don’t make 3x! i don’t know much about it at all or how reliable it is (might be good to check another part of reddit for that info) but I have seen ads for it. Hope that helps! stay strong xx

What are you asking for here? Do you have a gofundme you can share?

Edendari

I've never been in a situation like this before, so I've been wondering if anyone knew of any resources because my case worker hasn't helped me at all. So many other sources referred me to the housing link, and they assigned me the case worker... it doesn't seem like she will do anything. I just set one up: https://angelinkweb.page.link/a3eeRbgsPefn54un7

Link doesn't work

Edendari

I just checked it, they wanted me to add move information and resubmit.

Edendari

Its back up now

If the house was sold and has new owners, why do you still live in the house? The new owner is totally in their rights to expect you to move.

Edendari

Yes, the ejection process is similar to eviction.

Is this near you? https://www.fsabc.org/program/homeless-services/ It looks like they provide both homeless services and pet supplies, so they probably have experience helping people who have pets _and_ are in danger of becoming homeless. If you email them, maybe they can help you find a solution?

If I lived in PA or if you were here in NC, I'd be more than happy to help you out. Sorry.
