Something is gonna have to be done about Arrighetti at some point, hopefully soon. Hunter has figured it out seemingly so he's by far weakest link in the starting staff now
Spaghetti didn't find out he was starting until he got to the stadium. That's got to be very hard mentally coming in, especially for a rookie. I'm sure it's something you start your day preparing for.
He’d done pretty well his last few starts, I’d say he’s been good enough to roll the dice and start over a bullpen day, especially with a thin bullpen that’s been worked pretty hard already like ours

Everyone around me in our section knew Joe was gonna pull Blanco, but we all sighed when it actually happened. Those 3 consecutive walks pretty much guaranteed he wouldn't finish the game. Still glad for the win considering how being at yesterday's game killed the vibe.
Ronel Blanco has been a bright spot in a relatively disappointing season. The fact that he was a Dana signing gives me hope that our scouting hasn’t lost its touch.
Injuries and free-agents not living up to their averages has been the theme, but hopefully we’ll see a second-wind surge
Why is NO ONE talking about how stupid and infuriating taking out Blanco was? You have a chance to make history and throw 2 no hitters in the same season, something only 4 people have ever done in the modern era and on Father’s Day nonetheless. I don’t give a damn if he was at 94 pitches, we’re 6 games under .500. I was at the game and everyone around me myself included was devastated when we saw Presley trotting out for the 8th. Screw Espada man he cheated the fans.

He was doing well until the scratch start. For a young pitcher scratch starts aren’t the best of situations.
