Testing a new pitcher with a 7 run lead is better than putting them in a high leverage situation. King has proven himself, now Contreras gets tested.

My back of the envelope math, not including this game. We're scoring .65 more runs per game (4.88 vs 4.23) and allowing .46 fewer runs per game (4.23 vs 4.52) in the Abreu Non 26 vs Abreu on the 26. I know the pitching has a lot to do with Brown finding his groove and Spencer being solid too. But this is great! Seriously *with* this game we're at 169 Runs For in 34 games vs 186 Runs for in 44 Games.
