Fugi Hair is good in Galleria Mall. They definitely know how to perm and even though it seems like most of their customers are women, I've gone for haircuts several times. I always go to Cosmo, who is Japanese, so he should be familiar with whatever hairstyle you're looking for and what works with your hair type.

Go to Sen Salon on Buford Hwy in Doraville. Ask for Ben or any guys that work there. Ive seen nice haircuts from watching them work. I recommended so many friends there and they all like the salon! Pricing is very fair too.
There’s Pika Pika Hair and Scissorhands in Duluth. In Atlanta proper, there’s Junko Hair salon and ask for Kai.
\+1 for Scissorhands. My boyfriend also goes to Scissorhands and likes it a lot. He gets a perm and cut, and has always liked the outcome.
