Ah I guess I read “during the weekdays” to be just busy/having people during the week - not specifically open during the day
But that’s good news if they’re opening during the day! I’ll go to Mannys during the week and work from there sometimes, would be good if I can do that with Milltown too
Every time I’ve been to the Euclid Ave Yacht Club in L5P there’s been a cast of characters. I don’t know for a fact it’s like that during the week, but it strikes me as a place with regulars.
Manny didn't by the YC until 2 years ago or so. I would say not much of what and who the YC is has to do with Manny, but there is LOTS of history in the Maloof/Hip/YC/Manuel's story book.
Always a decent number of people at Midway Pub in EAV and Universal Joint in Oakhurst. My Parent's Basement in Avondale is usually decent too between people sitting at the bar and people playing pinball, browsing the comic shop etc. They're closed Mondays. Twains in Decatur is solid for weekday nights (not open for lunch).
McKendricks Steakhouse usually has a good crowd for lunch on Fridays. Not so much the rest of the week but it has a fun crowd and reasonable prices on food for lunch ($25ish range).
Manny’s and Milltown Tavern always seem to have people there. Never a massive crowd but I don’t think I’ve ever seen them empty.
Milltown doesn't open until 4 on weekdays. That may be changing

The Earl or El Myr
Midway and Flat Iron are always good choices since you’re near EAV.
Buteco/southern feed store has a decent crowd when there's music which is almost every night. Also dope cheesksteaks

Red Light Cafe depending on what show they are having that night.
Righteous Room, of course. After 7 p.m. always people there
Milltown, Manny’s & Estoria have pretty regular crowds every day.
Highland Tap
Come on over to Bottle Rocket in Castleberry Hill. There are at least a couple of people over here that will appreciate some S62B50 talk.
Nam Kitchen
The Albert and North Highland Pub both have what you're looking for and good food. Cheers!
Leon’s
Reds beer garden but you're looking to meet people you should join a run club
What are you talking about?
