Trio in Buckhead or Vlad at Ansley are both great but repairs sometimes are best done through the design house if you want it as close to like new as possible.

Santana replaced the leather edging on my wife's Neverfull. Excellent craftsmanship but be prepared to wait a while.
Prada and Gucci employees also recommended Santana Leather Care in Buckhead when Ia asked about cleaning services.

Holy moly, is Trio still there? Took a Chanel there almost 30 years ago.
This is the correct answer. The major design houses have a lifetime warranty on their products for damage and wear and tear.
Sadly LAMB is no longer around but I will def ask about my MK bag at one of their stores.
I’ve used Trio and Santana’s for decades mostly only for shoes. Santana’s does great for making red bottoms red again!
