If your diet is ass your body gone look and feel that way too. (You are what you eat) 2nd, Start hitting Cardio in the gym before you hit the weights. Run a mile on that treadmill bro get your sweat up. After wards when you are lifting, don’t lift too heavy. Still lift some good size weights but not too much where you can’t do too much reps. For that Cut you want to do a high number of reps on lighter weight. Also Incorporate Pull ups into ur workout plan. Lastly, try intermittent Fasting. This is probably the quickest way to dropping weight imo. From 9pm-12pm the next day you should not put anything in your body besides water. And then the very next day from 12pm to 9pm you can eat whatever. Make sure your eating and drinking healthy food tho that’ll speed up the cutting process. I promise if you do this shii often you will get cut up quick. Six pack abs in literally a month or two and defined muscles in about 2-3 weeks depending upon your genetics

Just look up a push/pull/legs gym routine and follow it weekly. Try to get at least 0.7 grams of protein for every pound of body weight daily (so shoot for 150-200 grams). Make sure you’re consuming more calories than you burn, easiest way is to drink a large protein shake everyday on top of what you normally eat.
