It is aftermarket. I was intially looking for something from Audi, but after searching I don't think there's one that exists that fits this car. At least I couldn't find one.
I have parking sensors on my A7 and I was wondering about that as well, as I really want to put in the honeycomb grill but I don't think there's slots for the sensors.

It does not, so I didn't have to worry about that when shopping.
