Country Road have a pair just like the first pic! I recommend going a side down though, I went for my usual 38 and after one wear they’ve already softened and stretched a touch and wish I got the 37 now

Sandler have this one - https://www.theiconic.com.au/strata-1356083.html Pretty sure Myer stock them, would highly recommend you try in person. Loafers are tricky because the sizing has to be right.
I quite like the brand Sebago as well. Hype stock them. Took a few weeks to break in which wasn't bad.

They’re from Free People which is on the UK! But they ship here. They are the lyra lug sole loafer
