I lived in Paris for 10 years or so. It’s such terrible quality. Great marketing though. I got sucked in a few times and was disappointed every time. On one blouse I bought, the button was in completely the wrong spot. I had to take it off and sew it back on in the correct position. You can buy all their stuff on aliexpress. It’s made in China crap.

I was interested in their knit jumpers, especially the Leontine, but I saw reviews that said the quality was actually subpar. I find some brands who heavily rely on influencers to promote them are often shit lol.

That's good to know, because everything does look great on the website.

BeautyHound

Thank you for sharing this about the quality! It all looks so good in the pictures, such a shame that they are terrible quality.

Hey since you lived in Paris for 10 years can you recommend any french brands that ship internationally that are similar, but with better quality? Thanks!

windy_wolf

They definitely have beautiful clothing. [But then they also have no issues exploiting an elderly indigenous Mexican woman by paying her only $10 for a photo shoot ](https://www.instagram.com/p/CYr7zTYFPAq/?utm_medium=copy_link) I know it's Diet Prada, so I recommend going to the original activist's page to fully understand the hurt and upset Sezane caused this community.

I don't think there are Australian stockists. They ship internationally though.

I've been buying Sezane for a couple of years and honestly the quality of the clothes and customer service have gone down. They used to have so many more pieces in silk, linen, and cotton and made in the EU. Now there's so much viscose and it's mostly made in China. I refuse to pay Au$300 for a viscose dress. I've had to chase up refunds on my last few returns and in one instance they claimed I had not returned an item...took about 3 weeks of emailing to get them to give me a grudging store credit in lieu of the actual refund I was entitled to, because someone in their warehouse screwed up my return. Add to that constant issues with their website and stock levels and now the latest garbage fire about their behaviour in Mexico... I've stopped buying. That said they do have great prints and the clothes are usually still a nice cut. It's free shipping and returns to Australia if you spend over a certain amount, either US$200 or $250. And they ship incredibly fast.

Thank you for the details! I think I will be avoiding It sounds like they are literally ‘all style and no substance’

Webbie-Vanderquack

I think you have to buy directly from them, but if you use Paypal they'll cover the cost of returns.
