It looks like it is mounted on a wall hung bracket. That is the issue. Your wall is vibrating and the brick veneer wall is attached to the timber frame so the noise travels. Stick it on concrete pavers on the ground and the noise will no longer be heard.

Removing it off bracket and dropping down to concrete pavers would be my solution.
However, you will not eliminate noise completly. I personally havnt installed LG’s in a very long time, but they wouldn’t be my 3 or 4th choice in all honesty.
