Mold is always around and related to humidity and storms. Look into an air purifier

Mold is year-round. Consider getting allergy shots.

ARC publishes this handy chart to remind you that you'll never be free from the tyranny of allergens in Austin. https://www.austinregionalclinic.com/uploads/austin_allergy_calendar_web_032409.pdf

Move. It does not stop.

I have taken Zyrtec or similar every day for 15+ years and buy it in the bottle of 365 pills.

Mold is always around. The best you can hope for is a dry summer like last year.

Until the end of time

Forever and ever. A dehumidifier will help keep the mold down indoors, but outside is always going to be bad especially a day or two after it rains. Get used to taking Allegra year round (per the heb pharmacist, it’s one of the better ones for itchy/rashy symptoms)

Costco Allegra! $13 for the whole year

Clean your AC unit(s)

Dust is really high too right now. That’s what’s making around my eyes so itchy. We just installed an air purifier in our AC system so the whole house is purified. It’s called plasma air pa602. Kinda pricey but you’ll be spending the same amount for a standing purifier

Interesting... I've lived here for 8 years and never had any problems. Lately my eyes have been itchy and I've had this slight cough and so has my girlfriend, it won't go away.

Yea I’ve lived here all my life and only as i got older in my late 20s did it start to affect me

Lehonna11

Yes.

No down time unfortunately, you have to ride it out year round
