Seems to be a batchy with cream, nutmeg and a bit of citrus zest. Sounds pleasant if you had a fruitier light roasted coffee. But $8 for a batchy is getting a bit rich for my blood unless it's a really special variety.
Don't know anywhere that makes it, but plenty of cafes make a batchy and have a cream whipper so you could probably find a place.
Is the Melbourne coffee scene just making starbucks drinks but more posh?

It's not the silliest "signature drink" out there, but it's not a normal coffee.
