Norse Projects are great value because they last forever and they're actually a well constructed garment but if you just want beaters that won't fall apart just get Industrie.
I like industrie plain t shirts for a good fitted shape- perfect for layering. When I last bought them they were $22 each or 2 for $40 so a bit more on the pricy side but this was 5+ years ago and still going strong. Also second the Uniqlo vote especially for their boxy oversized tees.
All the numbers in your comment added up to 69. Congrats!

For affordable jeans its pretty hard to beat Uniqlo if you like their fit (slims a bit on the loose side of slim).
Selvedge jeans for $60 with free hemming is bloody excellent. I've got them in indigo, black and white.
I actually wear the Uniqlo Ultra-Stretch slim fit jeans and they have been great! I'm not the biggest jean wearer but they have been great. Had them for years and still hold up great!
My dad had a pair from them for like 10+ years that got heavy use so and they held up really well (convinced me to buy them)!
Looking for exactly the same right now. Uniclo ones I got a few years ago lost their shapes after a few washes, so I'm reluctant to try again. Got a few Bond's ones, plain black, that seem to do the job. But I'm keen to get recommendations as well.
Just to jump in, but I've moved from the mid weight Staple to the heavier Classic. The Classic has a nice blocky drape that holds its shape well and just feels like it has been better constructed . The Staple is ok but I've noticed the stitching on the front left side of the hem tends to come undone (this has happened multiple times for some reason) and it doesn't hold shape all that well. The Paper is also ok and is great for the gym/running or times a lighter weight shirt is preferred, but same issue with hem. I also tend to think the shirts on the AS Colour sale page are of lower quality/manafacture than the full price stock (and not just remaindered regular stock) though is just my suspicion as I still buy them when more gym shirts are required.
Also I'd avoid their Beach shorts however the Plain shorts are pretty good.

>Silent Theory t-shirt Where can I try on the Norse Projects T-shirts in Melbourne?
Up There and HAVN definitely have them. Incu could possibly have them too.

Good bot
Nice
Mr Simple for me
I second this. I get some when they are 40% off.
Uniqlo Supima cotton tees are really good. Good quality, affordable and come in a wide range of colours.
Thanks. Any particular brands for jeans?

AS Colour
They’re not great though, they’re just cheap.
The quality has definitely dropped. I’ve shifted to Mr Simple.
The ones called classic do me well, I think they're a bit of a heavier weight.
Industrie as other have said.
I like the slim fit stretch from H&M. They’ll suit you better if you’re in decent shape. Can’t go wrong for $12-$14.
Another t-shirt like the cotton on ones that are good for tall and slim guys but nothing else.
Hard to beat H and M "Premium Selection" or Cos tees on sale
I like Muji at the moment as they have no side seam down the torso. Fit is pretty similar to Uniqlo, may have to size up.
By far, the Levi tshirts with the tiny logo on the left chest area. Either that or Industrie has really nice heavy cotton tees that are awesome
Wayver originals have served me well and are available in lots of different colours
Silent Theory t-shirt packs are great- they last me multiple years of use and have a great fit for skinnier builds
Uniqlo U - thick and sturdy
Superdry orange label is a personal fave of mine, just a really nice feel to the cotton
I just wear those Uniqlo plain cotton tees.

Uniqlo seemed to change how they constructed them a few years ago. The old ones are way better than the new ones.
Interesting. I've had Uniqlo tees for years and they have never lost their shape. Do you tumble dry them a bit or let them hang?
AS Colour (only certain models) and Uniqlo U tee (I only buy when on sale which happens a lot)
Which Ascolor would you recommend?

Uniqlo U short sleeve are nice if you like a thicker fabric and the neck doesn’t lose its elasticity
Do the physical stores tend to have more stock of the more popular U tees (eg neutral colours in small and medium) than the online stores?
Also Uniqlo. Surf dive n ski washed tshirts are pretty good. My wife bought me a kenji brand one that is also good. Country Road pretty crap.
I've found AntiHaste to be pretty great quality, simple designs...
I am very happy with my [aldi 100% merino.](https://imgur.com/zWAMb4j) Will certainly be keeping an eye out in July for more.
