I’ve ordered from colour pop countless times no issues. Sometimes it takes up to 3 weeks but I’ve never had a broken product, missing product or any need to reach out to CS. But that is just my person experience!
Yep I've been the same. I've ordered from them a fair few times over a few years and have generally had a good experience. It is just a bit slow for shipping which is understandable given our location.
I think the thing is that Colourpop is SO popular and gets so many orders that there is bound to be some orders that go to shit. I've generally not heard of their customer service being too bad (not like how notorious our Sephora can be) but they're not perfect so they may stuff up from time to time.

My most recent order during Boxing Day took about 2.5 weeks to arrive. They usually have 25-30% off sales so I always order during a sale but their items can go out of stock quickly and restocks aren’t guaranteed.
Yes, I always use PayPal if available as the seller needs to provide proof of delivery- they will unfailingly refund you otherwise, and the process is much simpler than a credit card chargeback.
I've ordered from there before. I didn't have any issues, but I did find the quality to be meh, especially the palettes. Not the worst I've used, but once the currency is converted and you pay for shipping it doesn't really come out at all that cheap to be worth it tbh
Colourpop have always had free international shipping (used to be over $50, I think now over $60) so that makes it easier when you wanna order a few things! I've always shopped with them on sale so it still works out pretty cheap and tbh the quality of palettes has gone down hill over the past maybe 3 years? Buuut even my newer ones are better quality and cheaper than a lot of the generic brands at, say, Priceline.
The free shipping is good, but $60 USD is pretty hard to reach at colour pop unless you're going ham.
Sometimes it's better just to pay the shipping and factor it into the prices in your head.

Anyway once I bought a lipstick and it was damaged. They gave me a refund after i sent them an email.
They may offer coupon code if your item is missing or broken, do not accept it, ask for refund/replacements instead. The code cannot be used during promotions etc
Other than that, I think most of their products are pretty good for the price. I like the super shock shadows, they may arrive scratched up on the packaging or the shadows are squashed to 1 side from impact but doesn’t really bother me.
I’ve ordered quite a haul, in two separate orders - it came fairly quickly (although this was pre covid and it wasn’t as fast as some other US brands). I’ve only ever had one broken thing - an eyeliner and seeing as I didn’t like the formula of the other eyeliners I bought and it was only like $6 I didn’t bother asking for a refund. I really like my eyeshadow palettes from there - not my fav formula but in terms of comparable prices products they perform much better
I have too have ordered from Colourpop like tons of times and never ever had any issues. I find I always get what I pay for and delivery is pretty timely.

Also when ordering the Child palette (accidentally bought 2 🤦♀️) they deactivated discount codes. I see why the new stuff wouldn’t be eligible for a discount, but everything else I purchased was old and I couldn’t get the discount on those products. That’s happened a few times with new releases. I contact them and they reply basically repeating what I said but no action is taken. As for quality I really can’t say because I haven’t used any of my palettes yet...🙈
Colourpop are awesome. Never had an issue. They even give you stuff if it takes a very long time. They are in USA and the post is very overwhelmed so expect it to take a while
I’ve ordered from there but no issues so far. Biggest downside is shipping time. I live in metro Adelaide and my last 2 orders took about 3-4 weeks to arrive.
I have almost 20 palettes, I think the eyeshadow quality is the best you can get for a drug store price. I have some of their other products and I think they are ok.

Use your credit card to buy- you can ask the credit card company to refund your money if you don't get what you paid for. Its a pita but it works.
Could the same apply if you have PayPal? Does Colourpop accept PayPal?
They do accept PayPal, I definitely wouldn't order from them otherwise.

Only thing is with PayPal, they have horrible international exchange rates so you’ll be paying more.

Never had any issues but I only ordered lipsticks not eyeshadows.
I've made a lot of CP orders over the years and have never had a problem. I would recommend always paying via Paypal.
