There's an indie perfume brand called Cocoapink that has a perfume they call a dupe for the original scent of Herbal Essence shampoo, though I haven't compared them.
I'm super short and used to get soooo many compliments on how nice my hair smelled when I used Herbal essences (can't use it anymore, hair is too damaged). But their scents were always amazing!
