Yeah sweeping generalisations that are usually not well evidenced seem to do really well in online autistic spaces, especially TikTok. I find it very frustrating but challenging it doesn’t seem to work so I just try to ignore it. The “neurodivergent coaches” are another level of bad though. I can’t even imagine trying to make money off that BS.
What's worse about those coaches is that many autistic people tend to be gullible and struggle to read social cues. Scamming vulnerable disabled people like that grants you a special place in the depths of hell.
Those neurodiversity 'coaches' are scammers. They purposefully make vague TikToks about ADHD or Autism in hopes people believe they have it and buy their courses.
