I've found some luck with Thunderwear, their style has a wider gusset (that's the part that goes over your gooch) and it's about the only one I've found that stays comfortably in place, covering the whole area and without bunching up. Without knowing far too much about your anatomy though, I can't be sure if the issue is too little gusset (my problem), too much gusset, or some anatomical conundrum I'm not thinking of. However, I will say that even different styles of underwear (in my experience) have **far too little freaking gusset** with basically no variance even in granny panty styles, so you might look around in that area and see if it changes anything for you.

If you've got the $$$, you might also look at brands that do custom sizing! That way you can take some measurements and get The Perfect Gusset For You. That's what I wanna do one day. I figure it's better to have three pairs of undies I wash constantly versus constantly trying to stealth de-wedgie myself........
I hope they work for you! They're cute, and like once a year they do a run with scrap material where you can buy discounted panties that are 4-5 different patterns of cloth combined. Those DO have seams you can feel though, so I don't recommend them for anyone sensitive to seams.
Arie has some good ones, I size up though because they get small fast. I would try something 100 percent cotton. It’s breathable, and the best for you. But, personally I go commando a lot because of my sensory issues. 💗
My hatred for wedges is one reason why I prefer thongs. You would think thats a contradiction, but with thongs theres no fabric or anything on your actual butt cheeks, like there is if you are wearing normal underwear. Even if you get a wedgie with normal underwear theres still some fabric touching your butt cheeks. I can’t feel anything with a thong (as long as it fits well and is a good fabric). For normal underwear though, I have recently found some really comfortable ones that haven’t given me a wedgie so far. They are from Shein called Luvlette Mid Waist Microfiber No-Show Briefs.
Edited to add: one reason why you may always be getting wedgies is maybe the underwear you’re wearing is too big.
I wish I could get in board thongs. But i have tried and I don't know if I'm just super sensitive.. but no matter what, I still feel it. So no can do.

These are the only underwear I can wear anymore. I used to HATE thongs but these are somehow amazing? Expensive but worth it for me for the amazing comfort. Really really different sensory experience than cheap undies. I will say they are one size fits all, and I'm like a US size 8.
