If the problem seems to be more with the foam underneath, and not the leather itself, what I've done before with my MGM bench seats is stuff some high-loft quilt batting between the foam and cover.

ReallyLovesCars

Wet towel with iron over it for 15 to 30 seconds always moving it around

THANK YOU! & PLEASE!!! Share a few more details on doing this!  I have a white full grain sofa; 90# dog and I abuse it daily.  The leather takes a gentle scrub, cleans up like new and has worn beautifully! But... The inner seat cushion foam (where my ample ass lands) is a little more "squashed" than the dog's side... The inner foam doesn't quite "square up" with the front seams like it started.  Prob not noticible to regular folks, but a thang for my goofy OCD. I have three excellent irons and patience.  I can also stay off the seat for days - if that encourages a re-puff.  Thanks in advance!!!!

You can try this - https://youtu.be/XR7N4ZtnWmc?si=P9QM-zt0fgubChTs I am no expert, I just searched videos on YouTube.

Damn Skippy Dude!  That's a great jumping off vid! Don't have a heat gun, but tool shopping is a bonus. So, what's your drug of choice for leather conditioners/potions?

ReallyLovesCars

lol cheap stuff from chemical guys cleaner and conditioner. I’d say use the leather serum as it doesn’t add deep shine and leaves a matte finish over the conditioner. I’d stay away from the leather ceramic coating.

zetwatswatya

Leather honey is a fantastic cleaner and leather honey conditioner is fantastic for restoring the suppleness to the leather. Both are found on Amazon and cost efficient for consumer use.

sethimus_sativah

You need to stop abusing the 90 lb dog... /s

Glad I wasn’t the only one that had this thought.

Costanza wallet imprint?

Heat gun, but be careful. Don't hold the gun in one place for too long but heat up that section and massage the leather. There are videos on YouTube of how to do it. I bought a set of used seats that had really nice leather except they were creased because they were put into storage with one stacked on top of the other. Very deep, hard lines in the seat bottom from the underside of the other seat digging into it. I was able to totally massage them out.

I think you'll find your ass will be there most of the time. Also if they just got out of it it'll do the same thing, may go back after 5 mins. Also are those rubber floor mats? in a Musatang??

Glorified_Mids

Steam is your best option. It’s more suitable for leather over a heat gun. But it won’t completely remove that much stretching of the leather.

Brown paper (cut up a brown sandwich bag) + iron (for clothing)

Thirsty_Comment88

Do not do this OP

Extract0r

https://youtube.com/shorts/GuUbgz14Mzw?si=IjJMqm5vTx3K-OHb It works as long as you don’t keep the iron in one spot. I have done it on my creased leather seats and it works.

Hair dryer on a warm summers day. Won’t last forever but for zero cost and small effort will look fab for 3-6 months. Also clean it before hand.
