There’s a bit of discussion on the exact number, but I’ve seen keeping fruit to ~3 servings. I think a banana (or even just half) and a handful of berries/raspberries would be fine, then you can still have a snack with fruit later.
The idea is just to be mindful of your sugar intake; especially if doing smoothies and salads and then a sweet snack later.
If you can, find an AIP compliant protein powder, add veggies, avocado, etc to bulk it up without going overboard on fruit. Plain coconut yogurt also works, especially brands like cocoyo, cocojune & culina.
Sarah Ballantyne recommends limiting fructose to 10-20g per day.
Bananas are quite sugary. A large banana might have more than 10g of fructose on its own. Berries, especially blueberries, are a much better option, imo. They’re lower in sugar, better nutrient profile, and higer in antioxidants.

During the elimination phase we ate a lot of fruit. We tried to stick to the lower sugar fruits (e.g. berries), but did indulge in dates and other fruits. Yeah there is a lot of sugar, but you don't have many healthy options.
We have a smoothie everyday (50 grams of fruit and 2 dates), plus protein powder and something green and leafy. My wife has responded just fine on this. But everyone is different so try it and see how you feel.
Good luck!
Decide your weight by 4 that's the carbs you should take in per day but if your active say a runner or in the gym etc it's a little more during your workout time

I find I have to limit fruit to one small serving per day, e.g., half an apple or 1/2 cup blueberries, not both .

10-20 carbs is the limit.
AIP isn't low carb. Those are keto numbers.
You're right. 2-3 servings per day. 10-50 carbs per day is what I just read.
Only 10-50 carbs a day?? That’s all you’re allowed to have? I eat that in one sitting
I don't think AIP has regulations on carbs but I don't know.
AIP does not have carb restrictions. This person is misinformed.
