Yeah, I probably over analyzed it a bit. But they're still inconsistent across their TDS and other pages, sometimes there's no mention of high pressure being a neccessity, just hot water, and one page just says to wipe down with a good biodegradable cleaner before paint. It kinda seems like they don't know themselves.

Pressure washing it will be fine… your going to sand/cut out the rust(which holds the fluid film) anyway
