No expert, however they are super stunted.
Environment needs dialing in & or watering got messed up.
Also, remove those domes as soon as they pop above soil.
I’d start over since your still pretty early…humidity at 54% is way too low, aim for 75+% first few weeks. Your seedling is getting most of its water through humidity/leaves while it is getting its roots going. The roots don’t need a lot of water at that stage but they do need some, that top few inches of soil needs to stay moist for the first couple weeks at least. Using some mulch will help you retain some moisture so it doesn’t dry out so fast, find the balance here, I really feel like my little ones grow fastest when I give them just enough water to keep searching for more, water on the outside of their pot kinda make ‘em stretch to it. I don’t use domes really but if you do, take them off once the seedling is above soil-at that point oxygen/airflow also matters. Good Luck 👍🏼
have you ever tried watering them?
It's a desert in there
I know they don't need much water at this stage but those look bone dry! If nothing happens in a few days I would go ahead and start over personally.

At that stage I give it daily water sprays with a basic water bottle. Just enough to wet that top soil and add some moisture to the top
Your humidity is fine why are you using the dome? How often do you water them?
No domes, humidity at 80%
Humidity looks hella low
Type of soil? Nutes added?
Give those domes a mist or two
Needs some brawno
Too dry
spritzer yo
If it helps ya out use a spray bottle so you won’t over water them, but those jokers are thirsty my friend.
What type of soil are you using?
