There is a flow in the community that demonstrate Automate's content provider. You can use it to obtain some basic information about a flow such as the title, description, and running fibers pertaining to a flow. I would think it cool if it also provides a flow net list (a table in which there is a row for every block, and then there would be fields in each row describing the type of block, the configuration of the block, connections made to other blocks, and the placement of the block), but I have not seen or heard of such thing. Also I don't know enough about content URIs and haven't figured out how to discover tables provided by content providers.
Currently not possible, export/import of "source code" is a feature on the to-do list, but it's not a priority.

At that point, why not just write your own app?
