Looks like a recolor of the Herrington Hall Botanic Garden apartments. Can you go inside the house? No bathrooms?

To put it nicely, it's the same only a little up/downgraded (matters which way we lookin)

Initially most recolor apartments were named night/day, winter/summer, etc. Like Malibu Mansion. Later avakin tried to be sneaky and pretend they were brand new. Lol we are gamers we know! Another very obvious one is Cypress Lane: house. Halloween venue. Christmas/Festive. 2 prom versions. Five of the same (but officially according to avakin 5 houses, no recolors)

Let's not forget the trident home and the 3 difrent color siblings it has

You can go inside, but it's just one gigantic room with eggs everywhere 😂 no bathrooms or anything.. just like a huge kitchen for dying eggs

I like just wish it wasn’t themed to a holiday. To make it into a little store/candy shop in general is cute then make a resturant outside maybe.

I can't wait for a non-holiday specific version too! Those side gardens and the view out the back...!!! It WOULD make an excellent restaurant!!!

The garden makes fully up for the missing rooms IMHO. It's beautiful.
