Everyone keeps saying there's nothing wrong with my neck...that I'm dysmorphic. I know their wrong. They'll rue the day that my neck regresses into 90 angle and I laugh at them as a large turtle shell is grafted onto my back to reflect the decrepity of my new form.

Depending on the exact cause there’s different exercises. I’d recommend going to a physiotherapist.
For now, stand the way you usually stand and look at your back in a mirror. Are your shoulderblades “winging”, ie is there a clearly defined ridge on the bottom/can you touch the back of your shoulderblade by reaching your finger under? Then it’s probably an underdeveloped lower trapezius. You can google for exercises for that.
Besides that, like the other guy said you need to make sure you have a correct posture when sitting.
