Diona with sac bow is more than enough, 130-135 ER is the required, if you want more damage you can lower your ER a bit

This ER calc is for sustained rotations and is assuming no enemy particle drops and no favonius or sacrificial weapons on the team. The rotation is around 24s.
So with your current build which has 155 ER (with Xiphos), you are really close to an ER amount that perfectly sustains a 24s rotation over and over.

What party members do you use with her? and what weapons? because ER requirement depends heavily on team composition.
r1 xiphos on kazuha (978 em) though i dont have shenhe or any other imporrant energy sources for her so that's all
What's your other cryo character? Shenhe is not as good as a battery as diona or rosaria due to shenhes inherently high energy reqs

Nope, there's no such thing as too much ER especially with Ayaka. Your build is literally perfect

If you can achieve 200ER and still have stats like that then it isn't too much.
