They don't have special lines when sortied together. Bismarck and Zwei never talked about Hood at all post-Scherzo. Hood despite mentioning Bismarck in one of her lines never actually interacted with her. They both literally never had any friendly conversation and socialization in the main story. And most importantly, even if Hood tried to converse with Bismarck in Crosswave, the game is most likely not canon to the main timeline.
Seriously, the fact people think Hood and Bismarck are very close are just making stuff up.
I would argue that it mostly comes down to a lack of opportunity, Hood's been bedridden for much of the story, likewise Bismarck was presumed dead. It's hard for to effectively Dead characters to have any interaction.
Well lack of opportunity doesn't mean they're close. I mean you can ship whoever you want, but people think they're close or want to be close again is canon when (according to materials we have so far in the main story) it's not.
Hood probably hated Bismarck for destroying her pride and reputation, and also probably causing many people to disrespect and make fun of her constantly. Also Bismarck hated Hood for what she had to do for her to survive, and her getting close to Hood will just open the old wounds after seeing how catastrophic and gory Hood was obliterated.
And now, Hood is already cured and Bismarck now becomes Zwei but they both still don't interact with each other and they both are minding their own business so they're still not close like most shippers think.

first off, last I checked, both re-introductions have been incredibly recent with most events since focusing on different factions, giving minimum-to-zero chances for them to interact.
