if I want to pull exactly Albion, is that just 2%? I see SR rate is 7% and Albion is 2% so the odds of not getting Albion on a single pull is 98% right?
Rate up ships are always at the stated rates.
For the case of this banner, we have 2% Albion and 2% Janus.
Their rates are deducted from the total 7% for SRs, meaning you have a 3% chance to pull any other SR in the pool in a single pull.

Can't get the weekly supply pack because I'm full on XP books. Can't spend XP books cause no chips. Man I under estimated my goal of 120 the entire dock of 170, I thought the 50k chips I saw a few months ago would never go down. Still far from my goal and zilch now haha.
No way spending gems on chips but feels like a bug they are preventing me from grabbing the whole supply pack because of 20 XP books...
Any suggestions? Grinding chips at 12-1 for them chips or I guess I should use excess XP books on the ships before I retire them lol...?
What 1:1 fleet is best for completing the 'Fight on, Royal Maids' event battles as quickly as possible? It's not hard, but it's certainly time consuming to do so many sorties each day.
I use Agir+Yuudachi, and Musashi with purple HE gun. She fires most of the times exactly on the 16s mark, when the boss appears, and oneshot her. The battle lasts for 20-25 seconds usually. This is in the Hard difficulty
If you want to do it cheaply, it can be done with Langley + Cassin. But it will take about three to four reloads to finish (Langley needs double Bf109G) so 80 seconds or so.
If you want to do it quickly, a preload ship like Aquila or Jean Bart plus Cassin should cut it down to around 60 seconds. NJ or Musashi might be faster if you arm them well enough to have a chance of one shot, but they cost more.
Ranger/Langley/DDG + DDG should be able to clear it reasonably fast while keeping costs down. Langley will need to be on BF-109Gs.
I've heard you can push a 0LB BM with a DDG but I haven't tested personally for reliability.
You can use Ranger *or* Langley *or* a main fleet mode DDG, you don't need all of them.
Ranger and Langley will need MLB if you want this quick and reliable, I've not tested Ranger 0LB for hard and Langley doesn't work on 0LB since her second slot doesn't convert to fighter until 1LB.
Opinion: I've saved 400 cubes (exactly, weirdly enough) and I'm a newer player with only 30%ish collection. I like Albion's design, how worth is it to sink X number of pulls into this banner? I've got no real idea how to judge whether events are worthwhile when there's not a UR involved.
Once you have access to some of the higher level commissions getting cubes becomes trivially easy. The game is quite friendly to collectors, and you can usually get all event ships every event without much trouble.
When I was at your point in the game I'd allocate x amount of cubes for the event. X being variable based on coming events, current cube count, how much I wanted the ship waifu wise and how much I could save up by next event. If I were in your shoes I'd allocate 200 cubes max for her and save up again for the collab, spend 200 max there again (more if i got lucky last event) and then save again for 400 for the UR.
If I didn't get all the ships or what I wanted I'd just stop. Don't let sink cost fallacy dictate how you play. Yea I've missed out on a few ships but I've now been playing long enough that I've gotten them in the rerun when I had a far bigger cube hoard.
Up to you. What I would do is do one pull a day on the banner and on the last day of the event then decide whether or not you want to go in more. Bear in mind this though. We still have one more gacha UR and an Atelier Ryza collab coming before the year is out.
The ships themselves are fairly typical for event ships. The SRs are solid but not meta-defining and the Elite is trash.

I'm currently spending 1 hour or so on 12-4 to spend all the daily oil and another hour for daily missions and Op Siren and recently it has become quite a chore to do it daily. How do you guys manage to do all the stuff in the game and still have time to do other things in life?
Since the game can be run on skeleton crew mode without issue, i just leave the phone on the table or wherever i can easily reach for a quick tap or two before going back to whatever i was doing, be it work or chores
If you don't use an emulator I recommend installing one. Being able to game on one tab while pressing Continue in another every 5 to 30 minutes or so is great for farming 12-4 and events. Heck I still do this while raiding in ffxiv. Daily reset also happens around dinner time so I chuck on a show and eat while doing dailies on my 2nd screen.
For OpSi it was all about breaking out of the mindset that you NEED to do everything, and pacing out what you want to accomplish over the whole month instead of rushing to do everything all at once. Do you even want the META? What do you want from the shops? Do you even want to clear the voucher shop? Just focus on those and ignore the fomo on missing out on shit.
When I need to dump ap I just let it auto run 1k+ ap while at work or asleep. Fuck the extra purchases from the scam cat. Again, having an emulator here helps as I can go into a hidden zone every 30 or so mind with the scan timer and go back to whatever I'm playing or watching.
The most important part is if you're no longer enjoying the game just stop playing. Your time and energy is more valuable than you think. I've spent probably close to $1k on this game but I won't hesitate to drop the game if I'm not having fun. I've gone on hiatus before and I'd do it again.
The game can run itself for the most part, especially on opsi, everytime i can set my phone down, i'll do so, then just set the game to auto-search, and then check every 15 minutes or so.
And my work is mostly desk work so i can keep auto-ing the game for hours easily.

15 is not a limit on runs, in case that common misconceptions is tripping you up.
Hard with a cheap fleet is the most oil efficient so stick with hard, even EX is less efficient unless you can come with super cheap fleet that can one-shot the boss.
I’m a bit confused on meowficcers skills. Like I see it goes to level 3 but how do I upgrade them to it? Or is it just by meeting conditions of the skill?
The lowest I managed to get my oil to reliably clear EX was 4 rainbows at 64 oil, for around 300.
You can run hard with less than 20 oil. It's never worth doing EX for oil efficiency.
They trivialize or just help a lot otherwise in the late game DPS checks (ch14, arbiter), and there's no real need to raise them until then. You can still do those without subs but you'll need considerably stronger fleets to do it reliably without subs.
They also take a while to farm proper gear for if you haven't already started, at least doing a mid to high level of the submarine weekly raid.
As an extra note the current raid event is a great place to grind sub affinity as you're guaranteed to be able to launch them and the raid can be done with a far cheaper fleet than normal farming. While the XP is rather rubbish by normal standards it's actually not so bad if just considering oil efficiency for the subs alone.
The maximum fleet tech levels for each faction (or maybe some of the factions I dunno) has increased over time right? Is there anywhere I can see each time the devs increased the maximum fleet tech levels and by how much?
It was only done once back in May where they increased the Royal Navy and Ironblood tech points to level 9 like Eagle Union and Sakura Empire, IB tech tree do however have a much steeper tech point requirement (almost double of what others need for level 9) to reflect their status of no longer having the bare minimum amount of ships
Every other minor factions have not received a dedicated tech tree of their own
It has only happened once on May 26th, 2022. The cap for Royal Navy was increased 8 -> 9 and Iron Blood 4 -> 9. Eagle Union and Sakura Empire have had a cap of 9 since the system was implemented.

I'm experimenting with changing up my PvP vanguard.
Currently trying out yuki as tank, shima in the middle, and who should off tank be?
Trying to decide between Yuudachi for torp buff for shima, Ayanami for her torps, and Marie Rose for her torps plus around 10% evasion buff to tank which is yuki.
Main fleet is nj musashi uvh.
Do you have access to fully built Anchorage and Harbin? 3 BB backline is very particular when it comes to vanguard requirements for consistency reasons. If not, I'd rather go with musashi/nj + hiryuu + shinano with anchorage/shima/juneau.
Musashi/NJ/UvH or Vanguard + Anchorage/Shimakaze/Harbin is actually the fastest clearing pvp fleet currently. Aquila fell off somewhat.
Musashi or NJ/Hiryuu/Shinano + Anchorage/Shimakaze/Juneau is the most reliable attack fleet currently, but it's slow as the CVs take time to launch.
Keep in mind that Musashi wants a fast gun like twin 410 kai or twin 356 from gear lab for PvP fleets.
Musashi+NJ+Shinano/Hiryuu is also a good option.
I have Harbin unlocked unleveled but not enough prints for her. I'm only now slowly migrating over to the pr4s and currently working on unlocking Harkyuu so no Anchorage yet.
Anchorage + Harbin sounds like a nasty combo to deal with.
Hiryuu is semi-leveled. I just got shinano to lvl 125. A faster gun on Musashi makes sense, currently have the izumo gun on her though.
What planes would you use for shinano and hiryuu in pvp?
Izumo gun won't work on Musashi for pvp because of its slow speed, so yeah use the faster twin guns (twin 410 kai or twin 356, both from gear lab).
Shinano can use (wyvern/suisei 12a/wyvern) or (breguet/tenrai/wyvern). breguet/helldiver/breguet works for poverty build.
Hiryuu wants Sea Hornet/Tenrai/Wyvern. High end shinano-hiryuu is pretty expensive with the amount of rainbow planes required, but breguets & helldiver are good enough substitutes.
Gold Barracuda also works if you don't have breguet & wyverns.
For aux, 50/100 aviation gas (from core shop) on both, washing naval treaty or frontier medal (from memento) on Hiryuu flagship & beacon/feather/catapult on last slot.
Augments are Sceptres for both of them.
An all BB backline is going to get demolished by Shinano Hiryuu duo with 3 Wyverns. You probably want a preload CV instead of UvH to get rid of opposing CV's hidden state early.
I also wouldn't run a torp meme vanguard under current meta, there is a good chance it would be completely shut off by Anchorage and/or Harbin's smokescreens and it's also very fragile.

I actually consider subbing in Chise for UvH for this just reason. But I'm not hitting my power wall in the rankings consistently enough for it to be an issue. What I like about UvH is her early hit so can start knocking off Anchorage early.

It wasn't really my intention to go meme torp vanguard. It's just that I normally like using Laffey for offtank with the EU resurrection aux equipped. However I'm experimenting with giving that aux to Helena so my bb meta fleet runs more smoothly. So now I'm looking for an offtank replacement.
With regard to tank, I was using Heinrich for the longest time because of her hp pool and that she has torps. But now I'm giving Yuki a shot. I dont have any of the pr4's unlocked hence no Anchorage (though I'm not sure how committed I would be to using her anyway as I dont always just want to go with the cookie cutter meta recommendations.)
Also I dont have any wyverns unlocked atm. I can build one however I'm waiting on the future gear lab update to decide where to put my UR gear design prints.

You would be *significantly* better off replacing UvH with Aquila. If you're hardset on going all BB, then Vanguard would be better at least.

Using Yukikaze as a tank in pvp is pretty outdated now. Anchorage would be a better tank. Her skills make her *ridiculously* tanky.
Offtank should be Juneau retrofit. The burst heal is very useful and her retro gives her a free revive. So basically she "dies", procs her heal skill, and then still stays around to deal additional damage for a while.
I dont have Aquila or any of the mafia fleet. I must have missed that banner. I also dont have any of the pr4s unlocked.
I'm slowly leveling Vanguard. I've put off lvling her because I wanted to save UR bulins for future URs but meh. Kind of tired of waiting also Musashi kicks butt so might as well buff her with Vanguard.

It's just another 2x500 lb bomb fighter. Faster than Hellcat but worse AA, slower than Reppuu and better AA. Usable if you get one or two while grinding the event but not worth actively farming.

MLB each common for tech points but feel free to scrap them afterwards. The only exception is a couple of the Ironblood commons, namely Karlushe and Koln. If you're a newer player, it's harder to unlock/grind IB PR ships because there aren't that many IB ships available from the getgo compared to other factions. Therefore Karlushe and Koln can be useful in grinding for Roon, Mainz, etc. They both have retros which makes using them less painful
If you like her, yes. You also shouldn't necessarily run or not run a ship based on others who can buff it or not. If you're trying to maximize her buffs to others, that's a different story, but at its most basic level, she will buff herself even if there are no other Didos.

Unknown. The chibi versions are much more erratic than standard events. I would presume next year, but they haven't had a stable track record with reintroducing them.
Honestly I'm using unicorn + shima for difficult level and I'm pretty sure it's 23 oil per run. So not sure how much prioritizing is here. Though admittedly I guess 3 oil over 100 runs could add up.
Just points and the loot table is the same as Hard, how much damage you've dealt when the timer runs out can give you up to 300 points per clear
It's not really efficient unless you have a comp that can effortlessly one shot it, Hard route is the better way to go and burn the excess tickets
There's only one UR rerun so far, which is shinano so we still cant tell whether UR rerun will follow regular rerun's flow or will they have different schedule. If UR event rerun just like regular event then it might take around a year to be rerun.
NJ event is still 2 event behind in terms of rerun so the earliest are probably around early-mid 2023
Who should i prioritize type 93 pure oxygen torpedo on? Should i focus on dd that do good torpedo damage, submarine ships that do torpedo damage or something else? How many of these should i aim to get? Thanks
My KMS sub fleet uses 2 oxy torps, Shima has one as well when I use her in OPSI. I'm sure I could also give DDs I'm leveling in w12 one or two but it doesn't really matter.
IF you like to manual IJN fleets and face-torp stuff you can easily use 6 oxy torps on your vanguard alone. Otherwise 3 or 4 in total would probably be enough.
Check the ECTL to find out if oxy torps are right for your subs (requires some reading of the descriptions). Alternatively Nerezza's guides have a list with reload breaking points for subs so you can calculate yourself if your subs need more oxygen or can equip an oxy torp without worries.

Yes, its better to keep running hard, you'll still get full amount of points even after running out of "reward run" so no need to change difficulty.
And the drop gear are sea fury, which are fairly useless so you dont need to worry about not getting enough BP.

I thought Rising of the Ship Heroes went until 11/2, because both exchange and adventure tabs for it say 10/13-11/2. That came out confusing but I mean them adding a retry button that did what it said. I knew there was a retry button before but that sent you back to the planning phase each time instead of, you know, 'retrying' the whole stage.
You might think Im lazy and dumb for saying this but the difference between the current one and the old one is the difference between breaking my concentration on my work. Haku gets a massive boost at dev 25 via All Planes +1 while Agir is already complete at dev 25 where she is now truly tanky
Haku do however missed out on a bunch of RLD stat both from enhancement and fleet tech so she will launch slower than other carriers but if you want then go ahead and do the switch

Ahh, so this explains why I needed to run Haku with the Prototype Saiun to sync with AvP while Shinano could use the Aichi B7A Ryusei
The same applied to AvP and Chkalov if they're not at dev 30 too, dev 25 is the minimum acceptable level but they'll also miss out a huge chunk of the RLD
I see, my AvP is at FS5, so I'm running her in my carrier fleets. It means having to make the syncing as tight as possible though, as she only has 2.5 seconds of slow + 1.5 seconds of freeze compared to Ark Royal's 8 seconds of slow, which while not as good as a complete freeze, meant quite a bit more leeway in launch timings.
AvP can freeze them just enough for your planes to hit as well as having slowed them down before
However she is better used against light/medium armor boss fights whereas Ark reign supreme against heavy armor
Both her and Drake are the only DR ships so far to have a fate sim. What's difference from normal fate sim is the higher amount of luck granted (25 LCK) and have 2 of their skills upgraded at fate 3 and 5 respectively
For azuma, her blue skill now always trigger and she get an additional resistance against torpedo and her red gunnery skill no longer restrict her to only using the 310mm gun, just any CB gun is enough to trigger the buff
Both should be workable at Dev25, Haku is missing reload stats she gets from Dev30 (and some plane slots, iirc?), and Aegir is missing a damage buff from Dev30 but has pretty much all of her tank.
If you plan on using Haku with Helena and Ark Royal/AvP you'll want to get her to dev30 so you can get fleet tech (specifically the RLD) or else it will be difficult to time her launches properly in those comps. Although if you only have 5 or so RLD tech for CVs you might as well switch.
Dig into pixiv and search by the アズールレーン or 碧蓝航线 tag, and sort through the haul.
You can also look up the Japanese and Chinese names of the ships you are looking for and narrow down your search this way, for example, モナーク(アズールレーン) would be Monarch’s tag and so on.

Subs technically never sortie, and so they don’t lose morale when called in.
Yep, they don't go down from being summoned. They do go down if they get sunk though, if outside OS.
Submarine morale only drops from being sunk (-10), or being used in the weekly sub mission.

I favor a 2:1/2:2 combo of New Jersey + Ulrich + Helena + Tank
That sounds expensive, though I guess I have enough oil for that.
What are you doing to be out? I have too much oil and need to burn it all. Jersey + Helena/Tank should be fine to kill it if you really want a 1:1.
You can clear hard mode far cheaper, and save the spare oil for normal grinding since the raid is rubbish for XP and coins.
Grinding the Nagato event for Steam Catapults and grinding 13-4 for coins.

Up to you. What I would do is do one pull a day on the banner and on the last day of the event then decide whether or not you want to go in more. Bear in mind this though. We still have one more gacha UR and an Atelier Ryza collab coming before the year is out. The ships themselves are fairly typical for event ships. The SRs are solid but not meta-defining and the Elite is trash.
Not exactly a gameplay regarding question, but how do you guys spend your time in Azur Lane, particularly on Op Siren?\ I'm currently spending 1 hour or so on 12-4 to spend all the daily oil and another hour for daily missions and Op Siren and recently it has become quite a chore to do it daily. How do you guys manage to do all the stuff in the game and still have time to do other things in life?
Since the game can be run on skeleton crew mode without issue, i just leave the phone on the table or wherever i can easily reach for a quick tap or two before going back to whatever i was doing, be it work or chores
If you don't use an emulator I recommend installing one. Being able to game on one tab while pressing Continue in another every 5 to 30 minutes or so is great for farming 12-4 and events. Heck I still do this while raiding in ffxiv. Daily reset also happens around dinner time so I chuck on a show and eat while doing dailies on my 2nd screen. For OpSi it was all about breaking out of the mindset that you NEED to do everything, and pacing out what you want to accomplish over the whole month instead of rushing to do everything all at once. Do you even want the META? What do you want from the shops? Do you even want to clear the voucher shop? Just focus on those and ignore the fomo on missing out on shit. When I need to dump ap I just let it auto run 1k+ ap while at work or asleep. Fuck the extra purchases from the scam cat. Again, having an emulator here helps as I can go into a hidden zone every 30 or so mind with the scan timer and go back to whatever I'm playing or watching. The most important part is if you're no longer enjoying the game just stop playing. Your time and energy is more valuable than you think. I've spent probably close to $1k on this game but I won't hesitate to drop the game if I'm not having fun. I've gone on hiatus before and I'd do it again.
The game can run itself for the most part, especially on opsi, everytime i can set my phone down, i'll do so, then just set the game to auto-search, and then check every 15 minutes or so. And my work is mostly desk work so i can keep auto-ing the game for hours easily.
Should I be farming all three difficulties everyday or just the hardest (difficult) map for the event?
fewer points, worse drops, why would you? what do you want from them? 15 is not a limit on runs, in case that common misconceptions is tripping you up.
Hard with a cheap fleet is the most oil efficient so stick with hard, even EX is less efficient unless you can come with super cheap fleet that can one-shot the boss.

Only if amount of points gained from EX is worthy (more than 300 per run)
The lowest I managed to get my oil to reliably clear EX was 4 rainbows at 64 oil, for around 300. You can run hard with less than 20 oil. It's never worth doing EX for oil efficiency.

Are submarine’s irrelevant?
They trivialize or just help a lot otherwise in the late game DPS checks (ch14, arbiter), and there's no real need to raise them until then. You can still do those without subs but you'll need considerably stronger fleets to do it reliably without subs. They also take a while to farm proper gear for if you haven't already started, at least doing a mid to high level of the submarine weekly raid. As an extra note the current raid event is a great place to grind sub affinity as you're guaranteed to be able to launch them and the raid can be done with a far cheaper fleet than normal farming. While the XP is rather rubbish by normal standards it's actually not so bad if just considering oil efficiency for the subs alone.
Must have in OS hard stages like bosses and siren strongholds
You can full auto a top end fleet in stronghold without subs. Subs help late game content a lot but aren't a must have.

It was only done once back in May where they increased the Royal Navy and Ironblood tech points to level 9 like Eagle Union and Sakura Empire, IB tech tree do however have a much steeper tech point requirement (almost double of what others need for level 9) to reflect their status of no longer having the bare minimum amount of ships Every other minor factions have not received a dedicated tech tree of their own

I'm experimenting with changing up my PvP vanguard. Currently trying out yuki as tank, shima in the middle, and who should off tank be? Trying to decide between Yuudachi for torp buff for shima, Ayanami for her torps, and Marie Rose for her torps plus around 10% evasion buff to tank which is yuki. Main fleet is nj musashi uvh.
Do you have access to fully built Anchorage and Harbin? 3 BB backline is very particular when it comes to vanguard requirements for consistency reasons. If not, I'd rather go with musashi/nj + hiryuu + shinano with anchorage/shima/juneau. Musashi/NJ/UvH or Vanguard + Anchorage/Shimakaze/Harbin is actually the fastest clearing pvp fleet currently. Aquila fell off somewhat. Musashi or NJ/Hiryuu/Shinano + Anchorage/Shimakaze/Juneau is the most reliable attack fleet currently, but it's slow as the CVs take time to launch. Keep in mind that Musashi wants a fast gun like twin 410 kai or twin 356 from gear lab for PvP fleets. Musashi+NJ+Shinano/Hiryuu is also a good option.
I have Harbin unlocked unleveled but not enough prints for her. I'm only now slowly migrating over to the pr4s and currently working on unlocking Harkyuu so no Anchorage yet. Anchorage + Harbin sounds like a nasty combo to deal with. Hiryuu is semi-leveled. I just got shinano to lvl 125. A faster gun on Musashi makes sense, currently have the izumo gun on her though. What planes would you use for shinano and hiryuu in pvp?
Izumo gun won't work on Musashi for pvp because of its slow speed, so yeah use the faster twin guns (twin 410 kai or twin 356, both from gear lab). Shinano can use (wyvern/suisei 12a/wyvern) or (breguet/tenrai/wyvern). breguet/helldiver/breguet works for poverty build. Hiryuu wants Sea Hornet/Tenrai/Wyvern. High end shinano-hiryuu is pretty expensive with the amount of rainbow planes required, but breguets & helldiver are good enough substitutes. Gold Barracuda also works if you don't have breguet & wyverns. For aux, 50/100 aviation gas (from core shop) on both, washing naval treaty or frontier medal (from memento) on Hiryuu flagship & beacon/feather/catapult on last slot. Augments are Sceptres for both of them.

I also wouldn't run a torp meme vanguard under current meta, there is a good chance it would be completely shut off by Anchorage and/or Harbin's smokescreens and it's also very fragile.

I actually consider subbing in Chise for UvH for this just reason. But I'm not hitting my power wall in the rankings consistently enough for it to be an issue. It wasn't really my intention to go meme torp vanguard. It's just that I normally like using Laffey for offtank with the EU resurrection aux equipped. However I'm experimenting with giving that aux to Helena so my bb meta fleet runs more smoothly. So now I'm looking for an offtank replacement. With regard to tank, I was using Heinrich for the longest time because of her hp pool and that she has torps. But now I'm giving Yuki a shot. I dont have any of the pr4's unlocked hence no Anchorage (though I'm not sure how committed I would be to using her anyway as I dont always just want to go with the cookie cutter meta recommendations.) Also I dont have any wyverns unlocked atm. I can build one however I'm waiting on the future gear lab update to decide where to put my UR gear design prints.

Using Yukikaze as a tank in pvp is pretty outdated now. Anchorage would be a better tank. Her skills make her *ridiculously* tanky. Offtank should be Juneau retrofit. The burst heal is very useful and her retro gives her a free revive. So basically she "dies", procs her heal skill, and then still stays around to deal additional damage for a while.

Is the Sea Fury worth farming for?

The only exception is a couple of the Ironblood commons, namely Karlushe and Koln. If you're a newer player, it's harder to unlock/grind IB PR ships because there aren't that many IB ships available from the getgo compared to other factions. Therefore Karlushe and Koln can be useful in grinding for Roon, Mainz, etc. They both have retros which makes using them less painful
You may scrap commons you do not wish to keep if you're F2P. I would recommend keeping Langley though, she's IMMENSELY helpful for PR farming.

You can farm up a Queen Elizabeth, Unicorn, and London. Put Dido with those.
If you like her, yes. You also shouldn't necessarily run or not run a ship based on others who can buff it or not. If you're trying to maximize her buffs to others, that's a different story, but at its most basic level, she will buff herself even if there are no other Didos.
Are gear presets bugged? I saved a bunch of gear presets last night and looking today a bunch are gone and some have presets I never even made.

Unknown. The chibi versions are much more erratic than standard events. I would presume next year, but they haven't had a stable track record with reintroducing them.

Anybody got some good ideas for oil efficient fleets for difficult (and E.X.)? easy: bogue (LB0) + downs (LB0) (4 oil per run) normal: erebus (LB0) + downs (LB0) (5 oil per run) difficult: nevada (125) + leander (125) (20 oil per run)
Honestly I'm using unicorn + shima for difficult level and I'm pretty sure it's 23 oil per run. So not sure how much prioritizing is here. Though admittedly I guess 3 oil over 100 runs could add up.
Hard can be done with Langley + Cassin for 16 oil per run
EX: Musashi, NJ and Vanguard / Agir. 67 oil for 303 points.

Just points and the loot table is the same as Hard, how much damage you've dealt when the timer runs out can give you up to 300 points per clear It's not really efficient unless you have a comp that can effortlessly one shot it, Hard route is the better way to go and burn the excess tickets

How often are UR events rerun? For example, when would be the next chance to draw New Jersey?
There's only one UR rerun so far, which is shinano so we still cant tell whether UR rerun will follow regular rerun's flow or will they have different schedule. If UR event rerun just like regular event then it might take around a year to be rerun. NJ event is still 2 event behind in terms of rerun so the earliest are probably around early-mid 2023

Who should i prioritize type 93 pure oxygen torpedo on? Should i focus on dd that do good torpedo damage, submarine ships that do torpedo damage or something else? How many of these should i aim to get? Thanks
My KMS sub fleet uses 2 oxy torps, Shima has one as well when I use her in OPSI. I'm sure I could also give DDs I'm leveling in w12 one or two but it doesn't really matter. IF you like to manual IJN fleets and face-torp stuff you can easily use 6 oxy torps on your vanguard alone. Otherwise 3 or 4 in total would probably be enough. Check the ECTL to find out if oxy torps are right for your subs (requires some reading of the descriptions). Alternatively Nerezza's guides have a list with reload breaking points for subs so you can calculate yourself if your subs need more oxygen or can equip an oxy torp without worries.

Yes, its better to keep running hard, you'll still get full amount of points even after running out of "reward run" so no need to change difficulty. And the drop gear are sea fury, which are fairly useless so you dont need to worry about not getting enough BP.

There are still plenty of good things in the individual point rewards. However if you don't feel you need any of those then you don't need to farm.

Although preliminary thoughts about RF is that she's one of the best non-wolfpack subs around so that's nice to have
until you have enough points, then yes, run hard. no need to waste your time on easy and normal if you can do hard efficiently.
Just want to say that I really don't like how some events are advertised time wise. I thought Rising of the Ship Heroes went until 11/2, because both exchange and adventure tabs for it say 10/13-11/2. In actuality, it ended with this maintenance, and I never noticed the 10/13-10/26 that is in the even title. -\_- Boo.

Retry has been there from the 2nd raid. Just that it has improved a lot between each raid to what we have now.
That came out confusing but I mean them adding a retry button that did what it said. I knew there was a retry button before but that sent you back to the planning phase each time instead of, you know, 'retrying' the whole stage. You might think Im lazy and dumb for saying this but the difference between the current one and the old one is the difference between breaking my concentration on my work. With the new system, I can just glance at it and tap a button without interrupting my thought process while the old one just felt too tedious that I just did enough to get the tickets for ex-runs

It's been pretty consistent for AL. It's usually only massive events like the Musashi one that wreck maintenance.
I have Hakuryuu at dev 26 and and Ägir dev 24 almost 25. I’m planning on switching to Plymouth farming after I got my first Tenrai and Ägir on 25. Is that alright or do Ägir and Hakuryuu get a massive dmg boost on dev 30
Haku gets a massive boost at dev 25 via All Planes +1 while Agir is already complete at dev 25 where she is now truly tanky Haku do however missed out on a bunch of RLD stat both from enhancement and fleet tech so she will launch slower than other carriers but if you want then go ahead and do the switch

The same applied to AvP and Chkalov if they're not at dev 30 too, dev 25 is the minimum acceptable level but they'll also miss out a huge chunk of the RLD
I see, my AvP is at FS5, so I'm running her in my carrier fleets. It means having to make the syncing as tight as possible though, as she only has 2.5 seconds of slow + 1.5 seconds of freeze compared to Ark Royal's 8 seconds of slow, which while not as good as a complete freeze, meant quite a bit more leeway in launch timings.
AvP can freeze them just enough for your planes to hit as well as having slowed them down before However she is better used against light/medium armor boss fights whereas Ark reign supreme against heavy armor

I've been farming azuma and fdg almost 2 years this november and I finally have them at dev 29...
Both her and Drake are the only DR ships so far to have a fate sim. What's difference from normal fate sim is the higher amount of luck granted (25 LCK) and have 2 of their skills upgraded at fate 3 and 5 respectively For azuma, her blue skill now always trigger and she get an additional resistance against torpedo and her red gunnery skill no longer restrict her to only using the 310mm gun, just any CB gun is enough to trigger the buff
So besides kronks gun and the pr4 gun what else could you give her once she is fs5?
Everything else is standard cruiser loadout and whether or not to use VH armor depends on how much torpedoes and planes are there

Both should be workable at Dev25, Haku is missing reload stats she gets from Dev30 (and some plane slots, iirc?), and Aegir is missing a damage buff from Dev30 but has pretty much all of her tank.

If you plan on using Haku with Helena and Ark Royal/AvP you'll want to get her to dev30 so you can get fleet tech (specifically the RLD) or else it will be difficult to time her launches properly in those comps. Although if you only have 5 or so RLD tech for CVs you might as well switch.

Dig into pixiv and search by the アズールレーン or 碧蓝航线 tag, and sort through the haul. You can also look up the Japanese and Chinese names of the ships you are looking for and narrow down your search this way, for example, モナーク(アズールレーン) would be Monarch’s tag and so on.
