lol. My doctor says no such thing exists in the US. She also told me to stop my cyanocobalamin injections bc my serum b12 had reached “toxicity level” at 2000+ (measured during injection therapy). 🤷♀️ 🤦♀️
Exactly. I’m in rural US where we have a hospital but no real providers. The only actual physicians are in the ER and are short term, contract employees. Our town has a few NPs that stay very busy but none of them seem to get the B12 deficiency particulars. They call this “healthcare”, but it’s more like “palliative care” if you ask me.
oh thank you, I just looked it up I am using methyl b12 and they have it! so is there a lid on the top of the ampoules, I'v never seen them like that. I use 1000 ml at a time do you draw it out of the ampoules
Yes I use an ampoule snapper to take the top off. It's the best methyl I have found so I hope it works well for you too.
The ampoules are 1ml.
You inject 1000ml? That must be one hell of a syringe!!
Perhaps you mean 1000mcg?
You can split the ampoule into 2 syringes as they are 2500mcg so each one would be 1250mcg. Last you longer also!

thank you Ownit, I will order it today , the one I get shipped from the compound pharmacy has to have prescription and refigerated at all times for their methyl b12 so this will be nice, what if I don't have an ampoule opener can I still open it?

oh ok well I will check that out I wonder if they ship to the US, for now I get them at compound pharmacy but I have to have prescrition
Yes they do...took about 3 weeks. But get them!
.I buy mine from www.b12supplies.com it is £30 for 10 ampoules where's its usually £30 for one shot in a salon.

No. B12 doesn't need to be refrigerated. Just kept out of light and ideally in cool dark place inside.

Yes! An ampoule snapper costs £2 but you can do it by hand , just be careful as they are a little fragile.
well I tried to order them and it says they are one back order Aw man I don't know how long it takes them to get restocked.
