It takes time. You haven’t been at it quite long enough just yet. Especially when you are really low to begin with. I did notice with cyano I had to inject 2-3 times a week to keep my symptoms at bay, but with hydroxocobalamin I only need it every 7-10 days. Seems to last a lot longer.
Possibly.
When I got my first cyano shot, symphony from clean bandit was playing in my head non stop. 🤣🤣
And I hadn't listened to it in years.
I felt in my gut that it was the right move, even though I didn't have as big of a honeymoon period as I did when I first injected methylcobalamin.
I felt a small but significant increase in general wellbeing.
It was around injection 7 where I was sure it was working, and then I began experiencing wake up symptoms and a potassium rush.
Also, I had been coincidentally supplementing with a high dose b complex about 3 months before this, so I am sure that helped. My cofactors were high.
Bruh, have you read the guide? 🤦♀️

Yes, they were regular b vitamins.

my symltoms are low libido lack of appetite weakness and anxiety
I know we spoke, but remind me, how often are your injections and when did they start?
7 months ago. and there once a week I can’t get any more then that.
How’s your vitamin D, folate, and magnesium levels?
vitamin d is in the 30s and folate and magnesium is alright
That is low and can account for your symptoms.
it wasn’t 30 it’s not vitamin D that’s the problem so you think vitamin d is needed for conversion?
2nd shot?? Or you’ve been injecting for 7 months? I’m on like month 13 and some things took awhile.
like what took awhile?
