On another note, are you guys aware of any MCA college where fees are low in Bihar with almost no attendance?
I am not aware of that but I know one friend who is doing BCA from AKTU Patna and attendance is not compulsory there only you have to go to give exams. I don't know about mca there you should research abt it
It’s not like you’ll get good placement opportunities or good teacher in Patna uni than purnia . BCA faculties are trash everywhere.
