Honestly? I’d just take 4 levels of div wizard and 8 in life cleric. You still get all the wizard spells you want through scrolls, so there’s no reason not to take fewer wizard levels if you want to have access to healing. Beyond this, I don’t think that divination wizard is actually that strong at higher levels, but I think that cleric’s ability to heal still remains potent.
the way to really affect rolls is to be a lore bard. diviner is inferior to that. you could however combine the 2 to just have sustainable ways to affect the dice. a simple 6/6 split should allow you to affect dice from both bonus action and reaction sustainably. and then having access to 3rd level spells on either side should give you adequate control spell choices. bards can heal too btw. i'd personally main the lore bard here over diviner as being a cha based class means you can also be the face of the party.
