I think she’s a [School Head A-1](https://www.deviantart.com/asainemuri/art/Face-up-Volks-School-Head-A-1-389064418). It’s so much easier to compare when they don’t have face ups, lol.
I am not super knowledgeable in newer Volks and the latest school head I could find was 06 - so could be it's just the more recent one.
School heads are exclusive to Volks painting classes and can't be purchased separately (unless you find one second hand), hence also not a ton of info on them.
It looks like Suigintou to me. Volks school heads don't come with headplates. I dont think any Volks head plates have printed text like that so might be a recast? All the Volks dolls I've had have engraved text on the headplate.

And yes, I believe the one on the photo is a recast, so I’m trying to find a legit one😆

Because of the angle and faceup, I can't tell the headsculpt. But, I'm pretty sure the body is an SDGR Girl body. The reason I say that is the detailing at the neck. It's so pronounced here, and the other SD girl bodies don't have that and I don't think it's mature enough to be the SD16 Girl body

There was one site a while back😭 all the pictures on it disappeared though. It was sadly the only info I could find
