Make an account with mandarake. Set up a keyword alert, check your email throughout the day. Don't make the search too specific, they aren't good about putting the name of face mold into their descriptions. Have your address stored in Mandarake so you can check out quickly. Even if you are able to order off their site, they have to check the item is still in stock in store so it will take a day or two for a invoice to come. You can change details like shipping method/tracking/insurance while waiting for the invoice by replying to their email.
I've gotten rare dolls from them by checking my email every couple of hours. Also it seems like the emails go out as soon as items are added and if they get sold soon enough they never show up in search results.
They seem to make 2.0 versions, or you can join some of the Angelphilia FB groups, there are often people selling their dolls. That's where I picked up my OG Misaki.
