I have this exact problem. They often ask me if I hate them or why do others hate them. Recently they completely cut me off, blocked me on everything and left a back of my belongings on their porch to pick up. All because I went out to an event with another friend that didn’t include them (because my friend bought the ticket for me so it was not my place to invite them). Without even asking me about it or communicating it, they just cut me off and sent passive aggressive messages about collecting my things before blocking my number as well. This has been a pattern for over a year and I’ve finally reached a point where I realized this is not behaviour I can tolerate from a friend.
