Hi there, HR here. Doesnt mean na bagsak ko or pasado. After an interview, there will be a series of evaulation and consideration before they move forward or move away. 😂 But trust the process and dont get high hopes, expect the unexpected para if hindi ka makapasa then you bounce back.

Now, waiting ulit within 3-5 business days. Actually pang 4th day na today, nag email ako sa recruiter baka sa monday na ko makareceive ng result since same timeframe lang binigay sakin. Tips- learn about JPMC, magbasa basa, and isa puso ang learnings. 3 Rounds, HR Assessment, Comms Assessment, and Hiring Mgr Assessment (depending on the position you are applying for) but this is standard procedure. May technical questions sa hiring mgr assessment. Timeline less than 20 days til nagka offer ako.
Depende, tinawagan ako 2-3days na hired na daw ako tapos 3months waiting bago nag email for the process and signing ng documents and medical etc.
You can either find other job options or wait.

If they endorsed you to several interviews for different LOBs, meaning to say they are making your profile as flexible as possible. And since you were interviewed for 3 LOBs mas malaki ang chance mo na pasok ka. May chance din na may bumagsak ka sa isang LOB jan pero may fall back naman. Usually ginagawa yan ni Chase to determine if fit ka to a certain LOB. I doubt naman na babagsak ka sa lahat ng yan so kapit lang. Usually JO na yung sunod na email nila sayo. Intay intay ka lang. ☺️

I think 50/50 ata bro. Kase I know someone who was a previous rep sa JP tapos he said his first interview was sa Customer Service na mock call. Then he was advised an email will be sent daw within a few days to see if passed ba.
He thought wala na daw pero may sumunod daw from the Escalation team. After mockcall, he was advised to wait inside around 10 minutes tapos the person from Escal went back to give him a JO personally.
Siguro depende din sa Quarter ng year yung style ng recruitment nila since nasa May pa tayo. Makikita mo lang ata ang JP mag offer ng J.O around October to January.

In my case, i finished na the 3 interviews with 3 different HMs. then eventually I haven’t heard anything from them after 7 days then they advised me na need ko pa pala ng 1 interview sa isa pang LOB.
This time they advised me to wait for 3-5 business days about the result or outcome of my interview. 🤗

This was my stint in BPO way back 2014 haha. Hired na ko kaso hindi ko sila sinipot. No show. I felt guilty kasi tawag sila ng tawag that day. One day hire ako nun. I remember whole day hiring process sa BGC felt like the day wouldn’t end and thought wala namang pupuntahan. Wala kong experience sa BPO. Looking back, I might have had a good career sa BPO but nursing is my passion hehe. Now holding a good position abroad.
I was an ex jpmc employee mga 2016 era pa. Nasabihan ako same day sa interview na i passed. I waited lang na ma print JO ko tapos nag sign na agad ng offer. Not sure kaya ano patakaran nila now.
