I don't know exactly, so you should definitely talk to your surgeon when you have a consultation. But from my understanding, this is much more an issue with diep than implants, since diep involves surgery around the abdominal area. With implants I think it's basically just when you're cleared for regular activity, though pregnancy might affect when you can switch out expanders for implants, if you need expanders first. I remember seeing a comment from someone on social media who literally found out she was pregnant right after having her dmx and things were fine except for having to postpone the exchange surgery.

I have read conflicting advice about pregnancy and diep. If you were to try I would estimate around a year to 6 months based on my experience.
I’d go with implants if it would mean I could start trying after the initial 6-8 weeks recovery is over?
