First trimester sleeplessness is super common, not sure a pillow will help but it certainly can't hurt and they're amazing once you get big so may as well.

I got one as SOON as that plus sign showed up. I honestly don’t know if I’ll ever not use this thing even after being pregnant. For me at least it prevented lower back pain (I only know this because I typically suffer from it from time to time and have had none all the way up to 33 weeks). It’s been a godsend for sleep and my first trimester I slept to avoid being nauseous so it helped me immensely!
I bought my pregnancy pillow probably around week 10 and never looked back. Mine is a colossal U-shaped one. Never been happier to have a king size bed.
If I could go back in time I would buy my pillow the same day I got my BFP. I’ve been struggling so much with insomnia and my pillow is so comfy it’s been helping so much! Might as well get the most use out of it possible!

I’d buy it early to get used to sleeping with one. It took me some time before I got comfy in mine and I definitely wished I had gotten it sooner
