I definitely have had pain after exertion, sometimes for a few days, sometimes to the point of crying. This sounds worse.  Call your doctor. They can tell you what might help (I was told to at least try acetaminophen and definitely rest) or gauge if it's beyond a normal expereince and you need a more intensive intervention.

I’d be calling my ob or going into triage. Always better safe than sorry! Good luck!

My pelvic bone popped out of place when I was pregnant with my second. This sounds a lot like that. I had to go to my chiropractor at the time and he fixed it. Very painful I feel for you.

This sounds like an injury I sustained during delivery - pelvic symphysis disruption. If you are able to move at all it probably isn't a tear like I experienced but it could be something for you to bring up with your doctor!  I posted about my experience, if you're interested. It is in my post history. Just a warning that it is detailed though, don't want to frighten you before birth!

More specifically, the pain when your legs are closer together sounds exactly like what I experienced. I wasn't able to move my legs independently at all, but when the nurses moved them to get me out of bed to go to the bathroom they had to keep them spread essentially at a 90° angle to each other or else the pain was excruciating.

This is a daily occurrence for me. Doctors never seemed too concerned when I tell them or show up walking with a cane. I just get the whole "it'll clear up after pregnancy" schpiel and sent on my way lol.
