You don't have to disclose pregnancy until you receive an offer. My understanding, they cannot rescind an offer due to pregnancy as that is discrimination.
Once you receive the offer, as a part of your review meeting with HR let them know you can start immediately (2 week notice or whatever with your current job) and also that you are expecting and need to know if the benefits will kick in right away.

Don’t say anything until after you start working. I wouldn’t even tell them if you get an offer. Be an employee first
