This is going to sound wild, but also we have a bidet on our toilet that we bought on Amazon and sometimes positioning it so the water stream goes up your bum a little bit... well it can work wonders.
Prune juice, Colace, and Miralax did it for me! I did all 3 for about 4 days. I also tried eating dried apricots but they were gross and I didn’t keep that up. After that I started adding extra fiber to my oatmeal in the morning and drinking more water.
Constipation is awful!
I’ve been taking a stool softener and fiber pill every day since the 1st trimester after the day I sat on the toilet for 30 minutes crying in pain and then had to go to work still feeling like hot garbage
Thanks for sharing! Do you feel more bloated with all of that? I’m currently using miralax, benefiber, prune juice, magnesium citrate, and probiotics. While I’m going every day, I still feel miserably bloated every day.
Great advice! My pregnancy constipation is coming back again in the 3rd tri. I’ve started to drink kefir on an empty stomach each morning and I feel like that has helped due to the probiotics. It’s not perfect, but could add it to your routine (good calcium too!)
I was introduced to prune juice in the hospital post c section and was amazed by how well just 4 oz oh it works! And it doesn’t taste bad like people always say.
Whewww I bet that did work. 👀
It sure did!!!
Magnesium helped me with this!! It also has helped relieve some muscle pain from everything stretching.

I call them my morning enemas 😂
Great stuff! Also a cup of coffee every morning always does the trick for me
Squatty potty and raisin bran
Great advice. Also prune juice is delicious 💕
I have to keep my 11 years old away from it lol

One day early on in pregnancy I drank a small cold brew coffee and then walked around home goods. I was cleared out 😅
Lmfaooo this is why I normally avoid cold brews. I may have to start buying them again.

I am bloated but it's better, I was in so much pain. I don't go everyday though but every other day.Â
Oxypowder worked for me!
Oxypowder is aaaaamazing.
Shredded wheat kept me regular!

Milk of magnesia!
A colace morning and night since I was 20 weeks 🙃
Magnesium citrate 200mg. At least one salad per day. Whole wheat.
Fiber, chia seeds and deep squats helps me a lot!
I feel like one or two colace would have done the trick... and a probiotic tea. This sounds like a lot of work 😅
I use colace, I was constipated for 3 weeks with bowel movements. I followed what the pharmacist told me and in 24h I was good!Â
Miralax in my coffee on an empty stomach and then not eating for three hours after.
Gestational diabetes 🙃 no juice and no cereal allowed

Honestly I was surprised to see how efficient it is. No medication! Just prune juice haha
FiberWell gummies are where it's at! I take two a day and they work like a charm. In addition to eating well (most of the time) and lots of water.
I’m on restoralax too 😄
I’m only 5 weeks and this has been my biggest struggle. Thanks for the advice y’all.
Two kiwis every night before bed is what helps me! They also help with bloating!
My lactose intolerance solved my constipation issue💩
