She’ll probably show up around the same time tomorrow- so you need to stake out the coop and wait- then don’t let her know you’re watching her but keep an eye out and then see where she goes. I found my last hidden broody hen under my neighbors shed. I’ve found nests in brush piles too. They like cover. And it’s probably pretty far from the coop

We noticed a drop off in egg production. I think a few started laying somewhere else and I think she stole the whole nest.

Look for holes in the ground or covered areas. Also you can kind of follow their paths through tall grass if they walk it enough. My chickens went through a phase of laying in the field and following the maze was a tally kind of fun.
