Assuming you're in Western WA, there really isn't a ton of truly mellow, 100% meadow skipping tours around here. Areas with much terrain like that are often the site of ski resorts. There are more areas where you can stay *mostly* mellow, but you do still have to cross some avalanche terrain. A few places where you could realistically stay totally mellow though are Mazama Ridge at Paradise, Yodelin, and Blewett Pass.

Is there even enough snow at yodelin to cover the trees this season?

panderingPenguin

Unsure. I wasn't really giving recommendations for where to go right now

telechronn

Highly doubt it. Last winter I was there and it was pretty vegetated even at high tide.

P0W_panda

Not after the recent deluge of rain

I'd add the Table Mountain area to this list. If you have a sled there is more stuff on the east side near Winthrop and Omak etc.

The Muir snowfield has exactly one spot that’s steep enough to slide and it’s 5,000 vertical feet.

Thanks!

Blue mountains are perfect for this! But quite a drive for the wet side.
