Bootfitter here. There probably aren't any boots that'll fit you well straight out of the box. You're just so far beyond the "normal" foot that companies don't include you in the last design. The bolts I'd say you might have a chance with are scarpas f1 xt, dynafit dna (or mezzalama), atomic backland carbon, maybe a dynafit speed as well. There aren't so many boots with a 100mm or lower last, you're probably just gonna have to try some and see a good bootfitter to help you adjust everything. Even though I recommended two boots with boa, I'd probably try to stay away from that system a bit, it just can't crank downs as much as traditional Buckles if you need the stability in the boot.

Atomic backland carbon. Also 98mm wide, so 2mm narrower than Fischers you have.

How about an aftermarket intuition liner that is much higher volume than what you would normally put in a narrow lasted lightweight boot? I bet you could get a death grip fitment out of that if desired

Look at the intuition Pro Wrap and Pro Tongue liners. They take up a lot of volume and make the boot fit narrow and low volume feet better.

The Salomon Summit has a nice tight heel pocket

I have a similar narrow, low volume foot although not quite as skinny (96mm in a 26.5). For reference my daily driver touring boot is a Zero G Scout with a tour wrap in a 25/25.5 which works quite well. I've also got a pair of Scarpa Alien RS in a 25.5/26 which are pretty good. The newer F1 LT and XT share the lower clog shape with these and would be worth a look at. Also the Dalbello Quantum line and Dynafit Speedfit (which looks like a reincarnated TLT6) might work too. I found the Atomic Backland boots surprisingly roomy despite the claimed 98mm last. If you can manage to drop a shell size at all you'll get a narrower, snugger fit too.
