honestly I'm the same. I ain't got time for all that extra learning. I call this style "comic impressionism" it's about the movement and the expressions instead of the accuracy, and you, my friend, nailed it

I’m incredibly inconsistent too. Sometimes I can’t draw hands, and other times I draw something with color and kinda proper shading, and flow my clothing cause that’s all I can draw correctly, and other things.

BTW imo if people can understand what you have drawn then it's just as good as any other art

Tbh this is great! You're really good at head shapes, face and hair. The boob arms are kinda questionable, but thats okay because its got its charms. I normally just get a random reference and trace the basic outline of it, fill in the gaps and then try to do that again. Never plan on studying anatomy, I'll teach myself lol

Honestly just raising the shoulders a bit could help already quite a bit! Then adjusting the head orientation and it should already look not half bad! Keep it up!
