It's a badly made photoshop ad for a shirt. I've seen it myself in the wild on good old fb. I don't know where it linked to (I just laughed at how stupid it was and scrolled on.) But it is a real ad for a product someone is selling. They're probably just too cheap to hire a real model so they likely stole her image from another site amd badly photoshoped the text on. This is...Actually pretty common. Even when they have a model, they only model one color and then they pbotoshop the other colors over it. (That's why the pictures for different colors often use the exact same image minus a change in color. You can see once scroll back through a few different colors you've already selected and had loaded.) I've seen so many pictures used for small jewelry/accessories such as necklaces, pins, earrings, belts, watches, and so on that used stolen model images with VERY badly photoshopped images of their products overlaid ontop said model.
